Hi, I'm Kevin Sonney, and I'm a productivity junkie. I didn't mean to become one. Seriously. But I found myself in a company provided class on the Franklin-Covey method (complete with a FREE Franklin Planner!), and it was ON. I spent the next year exploring all the options (and spending a LOT of money) on Franklin Planners. Then I discovered the "lifehack" scene.

Talk about falling down the rabbit hole! That led to things like David Allen's Getting Things Done, Gina Trapani's Todo.txt, OmniFocus, Emacs ORG Mode, Bullet Journaling, and my ongoing attempts to keep myself organized and productive.

I'm not an expert, but I can play one on the Internet, and so the Productivity Alchemy podcast was born. We'll talk about my journey, all the things I've tried over the years, and I'll invite some of my friends on to talk about what works for them. I may even manage to get some REAL experts on (a man can dream!) to talk about their particular specialties.

This is an episode I've been REALLY excited about for a while now. This week we have part one of the interview with one of my favorite people : Dino Sarma. Before we get to that, though, we discuss when and why to send gifts during the holidays for business purposes, as well as the need to pay your contractors...

This week my Wombat Co-Host and I discuss dealing with the emotional impact of job hunting, the holidays, and some of the related challenges. After that, we take some time to talk to Christy "Lilisonna" Howard about how she stays productive in both her professional and personal lives.

Hi everyone. This week we have, in no particular order, an absent Teenager, a recovering Wombat Co-Host, and convention prep to be done. So we are going right to the interview with Biologist, Cartographer, Carpenter, and Writer Chris Scheiner. Enjoy!

This week we talk about some goals we have moved forward recently. This included the unexpected need to migrate from one hosting provider to another. We then discuss what to do when something just isn't working, the joy of throwing things out, and finish the episode by talking to production potter Frank Gosar.
